Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the chicken breasts, bell peppers, and onion into strips.
- Toss the chicken and vegetables in a bowl with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
