Description

Delicious sheet pan chicken fajitas featuring perfectly seasoned chicken and colorful peppers, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts, bell peppers, and onion into strips.
  3. Toss the chicken and vegetables in a bowl with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
