Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the chicken, broccoli, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
- Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Spread the chicken and broccoli out in a single layer.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
For a crispier texture, broil the chicken and broccoli for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Consider marinating the chicken in the teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes for more flavor.
