- – 4 slices beef bacon
- – 3 cups (300 g) grated cheddar cheese, divided
- – 2 large eggs
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) mustard powder
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) cracked pepper
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Steam the cauliflower and broccoli until they are tender and fully cooked.
- Cook the beef bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower rice, broccoli, chicken, crumbled bacon, eggs, 2 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, and the seasonings. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top.
