A unique dish combining the savory goodness of a burger with the cheesy satisfaction of a quesadilla, perfect for grilling enthusiasts.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • Pickled jalapeños (optional)
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Salsa (for serving)
  • Cooking oil (for grilling)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef and taco seasoning, mixing well. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  3. Grill the patties on the Blackstone until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Place a tortilla on the grill, add a patty, and sprinkle cheese on top. Add pickled jalapeños if you prefer the extra heat.
  5. Top with another tortilla and heat until the bottom is golden brown. Flip carefully to cook the other side.
  6. Once both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted, remove from the grill.
  7. Cut the quesadilla burger into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa.
