Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- Pickled jalapeños (optional)
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Salsa (for serving)
- Cooking oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef and taco seasoning, mixing well. Form the mixture into burger patties.
- Grill the patties on the Blackstone until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place a tortilla on the grill, add a patty, and sprinkle cheese on top. Add pickled jalapeños if you prefer the extra heat.
- Top with another tortilla and heat until the bottom is golden brown. Flip carefully to cook the other side.
- Once both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted, remove from the grill.
- Cut the quesadilla burger into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa.
