Ingredients
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, and lime juice to create the sauce.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
