Description

A quick and easy recipe for Skillet Bang Bang Chicken Thighs featuring a flavorful sweet and spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, and lime juice to create the sauce.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Allow the chicken to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking for even cooking. Adjust sriracha for spice preference.
