Description

A quick and flavorful Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Bowl, perfect for busy weeknight dinners. Tender chicken cooked in salsa served over rice with fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups rice (prepared according to package instructions)
  • 2 avocados (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 cup cheese (shredded or crumbled)
  • 1 can beans (black or pinto)
  • Cilantro lime vinaigrette (for drizzle)


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour salsa over them.
