Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pasta, for serving
- Garlic bread, for serving
- Fresh salad, for serving
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and cover with marinara sauce.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (4 hours) until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and let the cheese melt.
- Serve over cooked pasta, with garlic bread and a fresh salad on the side.
