Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenders
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 1/2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Place the chicken tenders in the center of your slow cooker.
- Arrange the potato wedges on one side and scatter baby carrots on the other.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
- Pour this garlic butter mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 240 minutes or on LOW for 360 to 480 minutes, depending on your schedule.
- Serve the dish hot alongside your favorite sides.
