Ingredients
- 24 to 32 ounce (794 g) s boneless and skinless chicken breast 4 pieces
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) kosher salt
- 3 teaspoon (15 ml) s dried oregano (optional rosemary)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice (fresh squeezed is best)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon zest
- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
- 3 tablespoon (45 ml) s parsley fresh, chopped
Instructions
- Place everything, except the parsley, into the slow cooker and blend together.
- Cook on the low setting for 6 hours or on the high setting for 4 hours.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
