Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (4 hours) until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the sauce and serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey mustard mix for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
