Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 juicy lemons (juiced and zested)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Juice and zest the lemons.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk the mixture to create a sauce.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and coat with the sauce.
