- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
