Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, oregano, garlic powder, and seasoning. Stir until smooth.
