Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 can (10 oz) green enchilada sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, diced onions, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture into each flour tortilla and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the greased baking dish.
- Pour the green enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
