Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
- Add the sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and stir, cooking until cabbage is tender.
- Add the bacon back to the skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

For added flavor, consider including other vegetables such as bell peppers or carrots.
