Ingredients

- 7 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- Optional: pepper to season, Nanami Togarashi
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and olive oil.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken thighs.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Season with pepper and sprinkle with Nanami Togarashi, if desired.
