  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s olive oil
  • 8 oz (227 g) fettuccine (or your favorite pasta)
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (240 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) Cajun seasoning (optional , for extra heat)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season and Cook the Steak
  2. – Dab the steaks with a paper towel to remove moisture.
  3. – Coat both sides with Cajun spices, salt, and pepper.
  4. – Warm olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. – Cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting for desired doneness.
  6. – Take the steaks out of the skillet, allow them to rest for 5 minutes, then slice them.
  7. Prepare the Pasta
