Learn how to make a delicious Spicy Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry that’s packed with flavor and easy to whip up. Perfect for a quick and tasty weeknight meal!
Ingredients
- 454 g Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small chunks (1 lb)
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 5 ml Adobo All Purpose seasoning
- 8 g Garlic, minced
- 1 Medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 Medium orange bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 120 ml Green onion, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 15 ml Chili garlic sauce
- 5 ml Sriracha
- 30 ml Honey
- 15 ml Low sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, blend together the chili garlic sauce, sriracha, honey, and soy sauce until well combined, then put aside.
- Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly by mixing them with the all-purpose seasoning and minced garlic.
- Warm the oil in a wok or heavy-bottomed skillet, then sauté the chicken until browned and fully cooked, approximately 7-9 minutes.
- Add the red and orange bell peppers along with the green onion to the pan, and stir-fry over medium-high to high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Take off the heat and serve immediately!
Notes
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce mixture for 30 minutes before cooking for added flavor.
- Add broccoli or snap peas to the stir-fry for more variety.
- Adjust the amount of sriracha and chili garlic sauce to your preferred level of spiciness.
