Learn how to make a delicious Spicy Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry that’s packed with flavor and easy to whip up. Perfect for a quick and tasty weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 454 g Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small chunks (1 lb)
  • 15 ml Olive oil
  • 5 ml Adobo All Purpose seasoning
  • 8 g Garlic, minced
  • 1 Medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 Medium orange bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 120 ml Green onion, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 15 ml Chili garlic sauce
  • 5 ml Sriracha
  • 30 ml Honey
  • 15 ml Low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, blend together the chili garlic sauce, sriracha, honey, and soy sauce until well combined, then put aside.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly by mixing them with the all-purpose seasoning and minced garlic.
  3. Warm the oil in a wok or heavy-bottomed skillet, then sauté the chicken until browned and fully cooked, approximately 7-9 minutes.
  4. Add the red and orange bell peppers along with the green onion to the pan, and stir-fry over medium-high to high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Take off the heat and serve immediately!

Notes

  • Marinate the chicken in the sauce mixture for 30 minutes before cooking for added flavor.
  • Add broccoli or snap peas to the stir-fry for more variety.
  • Adjust the amount of sriracha and chili garlic sauce to your preferred level of spiciness.
