Ingredients
- 1/4 cup gochujang paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs
Instructions
- Mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and nicely caramelized.
