Description

A delicious array of spicy grilled chicken wings paired with homemade fries and a refreshing Greek salad, perfect for backyard barbecues or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the marinated wings over medium heat or bake them at 400°F for about 35–40 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking process.
  4. Serve the wings with homemade fries and Greek salad.

Notes

For crispier fries, soak cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the seasoning of the salad to your taste.
