- Chopped jalapenos
- Flour
- Cornstarch

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in the mixture to coat them thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, combine chopped jalapenos, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and water to make the sauce. Cook on medium heat until it thickens slightly.
