Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 2 teaspoon s chili powder (4 g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (2 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (2 g)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin (2 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (1 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (3 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (0.5 g)
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (50 g)
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (75 g)
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion (75 g)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (15 g)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (120 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (15 ml)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (60 ml)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (50 g)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. Coat the chicken with the spice mix evenly on all sides.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. While the chicken is baking, mix ranch dressing, lime juice, sour cream, and chopped cilantro in a bowl to make the cilantro ranch sauce.
  8. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  9. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  10. Warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  11. Lay the tortillas flat and spread a spoonful of cilantro ranch sauce on each.
  12. Place shredded lettuce down the center of each tortilla.
  13. Add sliced chicken on top of the lettuce.
  14. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and diced red onion over the chicken.
  15. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  16. Drizzle more cilantro ranch sauce over the fillings.
  17. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the wraps if desired.
  18. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling.
  19. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  20. Serve the spicy lime chicken wraps immediately.
