Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 2 teaspoon s chili powder (4 g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (2 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (2 g)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (2 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (1 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (3 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (0.5 g)
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (50 g)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (75 g)
- 1/2 cup diced red onion (75 g)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (15 g)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (120 ml)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (15 ml)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (60 ml)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (50 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Coat the chicken with the spice mix evenly on all sides.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, mix ranch dressing, lime juice, sour cream, and chopped cilantro in a bowl to make the cilantro ranch sauce.
- Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Lay the tortillas flat and spread a spoonful of cilantro ranch sauce on each.
- Place shredded lettuce down the center of each tortilla.
- Add sliced chicken on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and diced red onion over the chicken.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Drizzle more cilantro ranch sauce over the fillings.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the wraps if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
