Description

A savory blend of tender chicken slices and perfectly cooked noodles in a sticky garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Pour over the cooked chicken and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Precook the noodles slightly less than instructed so they soak up the sauce without becoming mushy. Add garlic towards the end to prevent burning.
