A delightful combination of tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and noodles coated in a sticky garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz noodles (e.g., rice noodles or egg noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and honey to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider marinating the chicken in soy sauce and honey beforehand. Adjust sweetness and saltiness according to your preference.
