Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 8 oz noodles (rice or egg noodles)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes in a bowl to create the sauce.
- Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly covered.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Combine cooked noodles with the chicken and sauce, mixing well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
