Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
