Description

Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Red bell pepper, sliced
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu (for protein)
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice vinegar
  • Honey or sugar
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, grated


Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
