Ingredients
- Ramen noodles
- Cucumber, sliced
- Carrots, julienned
- Red bell pepper, sliced

- Rice vinegar
- Honey or sugar

Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
