  • 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust


Instructions

  1. Collect all necessary items.
  2. Put the whole sweet potato in a saucepan, submerge in water, and bring to a rolling boil. Cook until a fork can easily pierce it, approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
