Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rice, mixed vegetables, and teriyaki sauce. Stir thoroughly until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish. If using, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese has melted.
