Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rice, mixed vegetables, and teriyaki sauce. Stir thoroughly until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish. If using, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
