Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with sauce drizzled over and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Allow chicken to marinate for up to four hours for deeper flavor. Serve with steamed rice or a fresh salad.
