A quick and delicious Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry with vibrant vegetables and savory flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and ginger, and stir for about 30 seconds.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve the stir fry over cooked rice.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand in soy sauce and ginger. Use fresh seasonal vegetables for the best taste.
