Description

A quick and delicious Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry with vibrant vegetables and savory flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Cooked rice for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and stir for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand in soy sauce and ginger. Use fresh seasonal vegetables for the best taste.
