Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce (shredded)
- 1/2 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1/4 cup green onions (sliced)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
- Lay out the tortillas and arrange the lettuce, carrots, and green onions in the center.
- Add sliced chicken on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides, and serve with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
