  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
