Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 1/2 cups shredded Jack cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub olive oil over the chicken breasts and generously season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and simmer briefly.

- Bake until cheese is bubbly and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
