Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Jack cheese

Instructions
