Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed crunchy vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut sauce
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, crunchy vegetables, and peanut sauce in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out a tortilla or wrap on a flat surface.
- Spoon a portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the center of the wrap.
- Add fresh cilantro if desired.
- Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to form a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
