Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed crunchy vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut sauce
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, crunchy vegetables, and peanut sauce in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out a tortilla or wrap on a flat surface.
  3. Spoon a portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the center of the wrap.
  4. Add fresh cilantro if desired.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes
