- 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas (540g)
Instructions
- Assemble all the necessary components. Set the oven to a temperature of 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and let it heat up. Lightly coat a 9×5-inch loaf pan with grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a different large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the brown sugar and beef suet until the mixture is creamy. Mix in the beaten eggs and mashed bananas until the mixture is thoroughly combined. Gently fold the banana mixture into the flour blend until just mixed.
