Description

A refreshing and flavorful salad featuring shredded rotisserie chicken and a creamy tzatziki sauce, perfect for warm days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth to create the tzatziki sauce.
