Deliciously crispy chicken wings that are easy to prepare and perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce (hot sauce, BBQ, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, toss the baked wings with your favorite sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chicken wings!
Notes
For extra crispy wings, consider broiling them for the last few minutes.
