Description

Deliciously crispy chicken wings that are easy to prepare and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce (hot sauce, BBQ, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. In a separate bowl, toss the baked wings with your favorite sauce.
