Description

Delicious chicken burgers made with white cheddar and spinach, providing a nutritious and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all necessary ingredients. Finely chop the spinach and grate the white cheddar cheese.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, chopped spinach, grated cheese, minced garlic, panko breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into six equal patties about three-quarters of an inch thick.
  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook each patty for around six minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving them.

Notes

Create a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing. Consider adding spices like paprika for extra flavor.
