Description

A creamy and zesty white chicken chili that’s perfect for cozy gatherings, bringing warmth and flavor to dinnertime.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced green chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, shredded cheese, sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, green chilies, corn, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese is melted and the chili is creamy.
  5. Serve hot with optional toppings.

Notes

Adjust the seasoning to your preference; add more spices for heat if desired. For a thicker chili, simmer longer or add more broth if too thick.
