Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, shredded cheese, sour cream
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, green chilies, corn, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
