Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 240-360 minutes.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix well with the sauce before serving.
